The young Galerie Magdeleine is the fruit of a meeting, that of Paul Menoux and Lucie Bouclet, and the combination of their sensibilities for old paintings.
Graduates of the Master 2 programme at the École du Louvre in Paris, the two comrades complement each other in their different approaches to their love of painting.
Paul is currently working on his thesis on women painters from 1760 to 1820, with a particular interest in art history.
As for Lucie, she completed her training at law school and business school.
Galerie Magdeleine is driven by a shared passion for discovery, a desire to highlight new artists and a taste for the same artistic period, from 1760 to 1880.
